Best Western Bestwood Lodge Hotel takes great pride in keeping our site clean, however during this time we have put in place additional measures having reviewed the Governments and WHO’s advice which includes:
✅ We have carried out a Covid 19 risk assessment and will follow best practice guidance.
✅ Our departmental Managers will carry out daily briefings to ensure that all members of the team are briefed with the latest news about the pandemic and any further information that they may need in order to ensure that we are operating in the safest manner.
✅ We’ve always maintained high cleaning standards and all our team are trained to clean daily. We have implemented a more rigorous cleaning schedule so that all surfaces are cleaned regularly and continue the use of disinfectants throughout the hotel.
✅ We have highly trained kitchen staff and always ensure standard food handling procedures are followed at all times.
✅ We are keeping our procedures in review and will be updating them as needed if the picture changes.
✅ We make sure that seating arrangements are suitable to give a suitable distance between tables.
✅ If any of our guests or employees are diagnosed with Covid 19 we will follow the governments and WHO’s guidance and procedures.
All we ask our guests is:
🧫 Wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds or using a hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available.
📆 Book in to see us only if you are well and we ask you not to join us if you are feeling poorly.
✈️ If you have recently returned from on of the countries listed on the governments website, we ask you to book in to see us once you have followed the advice provided.
