Booking Your Civil Ceremony
It is the couple’s responsibility to contact the registry office to check that a registrar is available on the chosen date at the hotel.

The ceremony can be confirmed with the registrar up to 24 months prior to the ceremony date itself.
There are certain legal requirements which need to be discussed and complied with. This information will be provided by the registry office. The Best Western, Bestwood Lodge Hotel will not take any responsibility for the organisation of the actual service.
A separate charge of £500.00 will apply to conduct the ceremony in our Chapel Suite on a Saturday. A £400.00 charge is applicable on Sunday – Friday. This does not include the registrar fee which is payable direct. Smaller rooms are available for ceremonies at reduced rates; please contact us for further information.
A deposit of £200.00, for the hire of the Chapel Suite for your ceremony will be required 7 days after the Hotel has received confirmation from the registrar. A deposit of £500.00 is also required to secure your chosen function room.
